A groundbreaking international exhibition dedicated to graffiti, street art, and countercultures honors one of its very own hometown heroes MEAR ONE this summer at the Grande Halle de la Villette in Paris.
Featured on the ground floor of this monumental show is a rare 8’ x 10’ original spray paint on wooden panel by MEAR ONE titled “Babylon Overdrive” now on view for the first time in over 30 years.
Spanning 3600 square meters of gallery space, this expansive exhibition—featuring a dynamic retail space—MEAR ONE’s ”Babylon Overdrive” is just one of over 100 internationally renowned artists, showcasing new and historic works alongside rare ephemera, archival fashion, and artist-driven installations—most created exclusively for this presentation.
